1. About Pensaro

Pensaro operates as an independent educational workshop provider. Our programmes cover retirement and pension topics in general, informational terms. We are based at 87 Ratchadamnoen Road, Phra Singh, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand.

Pensaro is not a financial services provider. We do not hold any licence to provide financial advice, investment guidance, or regulated services of any kind. Nothing delivered in our sessions should be treated as advice specific to your personal circumstances.

2. Our Services

We offer three workshop programmes:

• Retirement-System Orientation Seminar — a plain-language group session explaining how national and workplace retirement structures generally function in Thailand. Priced at ฿4,420 per participant.
• Document Organisation Workshop — a practical session on gathering, labelling, and organising personal records. Priced at ฿7,480 per participant.
• Group Information Programme for Employers — a multi-session educational programme for HR teams. Priced at ฿10,880 per HR team.

Session descriptions, formats, and contents may be updated periodically to reflect changes in publicly available reference material. We will communicate any material changes to confirmed bookings in advance.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is made when we have confirmed your place in writing — typically by email. We aim to confirm bookings within two working days of receiving your enquiry. Places are subject to availability and are only secured once you receive a written confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion and will notify you promptly if we are unable to accommodate your request.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due prior to the session taking place. We will provide details of accepted payment methods in the booking confirmation email.

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation by the Participant

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as early as possible by email to [email protected]. The following provisions apply:

• Cancellations received more than seven days before the scheduled session: full refund or credit toward a future session.
• Cancellations received three to seven days before the session: 50% of the fee will be retained.
• Cancellations received fewer than three days before the session: the full fee will be retained.
• You are welcome to nominate a substitute participant at no additional charge, provided you inform us in advance.

6. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Pensaro

We may need to cancel or reschedule a session in circumstances beyond our control, or if minimum participant numbers are not reached. In such cases, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer the choice of a rescheduled session or a full refund of any fees paid.

We are not responsible for any costs you may incur as a result of a cancellation or rescheduling, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

7. Educational Scope

Our sessions are educational in nature and are structured around publicly available reference materials — principally documentation from government bodies and retirement fund administrators in Thailand. Sessions are designed to help participants understand how systems and documents generally work, not to advise on individual situations.

Facilitators will not comment on individual cases, make projections about specific outcomes, or suggest courses of action relating to a participant's personal financial position.

8. Intellectual Property

Reading packs, checklists, templates, and presentation materials provided as part of our sessions are for the personal use of the participant or, in the case of employer programmes, for internal use by the contracting organisation. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or offered to others outside that context without our prior written agreement.

9. Liability

Pensaro's liability to you in connection with any session is limited to the fee you have paid for that session. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking confirmation will apply to your session. We will always publish the current version of these terms on this page.
